Course Overview:

We all know that Outlook helps us to manage our electronic communications but did you know it can also help you manage your time? Join us as we explore the topic of time management and learn to use the features of Microsoft Outlook that can help us to keep up with appointments, track time spent on projects and organize our work and personal lives a little better. Student will need a copy of Microsoft Outlook. A trial version is available.

ATTENTION: This course has a strict start and end date.  When a student enrolls into this course, they will need to work with one of our Training Assessment Managers (TAMs) to choose a start date before they can be enrolled in their course.

Course Outline:

  • Students will use the Outlook Calendar feature to schedule tasks.
  • Students will use the Outlook Tasks to track the progress of tasks and projects.
  • Students will set goals and use Outlook to help them track their progress.
  • Students will use Outlook to organize the emails and other data they work with.
