Course Overview:

Learn to manage data using Excel! Student will import data from a database and sort and query the data. Student will summarize data using the database functions and the subtotals command. Students will create Pivot tables and Pivot charts. Students will need a copy of Excel. A 60-day trial is available.

Course Outline:

• Students will use the Sort and Filter features to change the view of their data.
• Students will use the Excel Form tool to view and modify their data.
• Students will use the subtotals feature and the Data function to summarize their data.
• Students will use pivot tables and pivot charts to summarize their data. Students will import data into Excel from a database.

All necessary materials are included.

• Cable, Fiber, DSL, or LEO Satellite (i.e. Starlink) internet with speeds of at least 10mb/sec download and 5mb/sec upload are recommended for the best experience.
