This Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) AP Operations and Maintenance exam prep course provides a solid background in green building principles and practices in preparation for the LEED AP Operations and Maintenance credentialing exam. Information on exam policies and procedures, tips for effective studying, and an overview of the LEED credentialing process is also discussed. The LEED AP Operations and Maintenance credential demonstrates basic knowledge for monitoring building energy performance and indoor and outdoor water use. Students will learn about sustainable sites and building materials, monitoring water and energy systems to ensure efficiency, and creating a comfortable and green indoor environment.
