This Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) AP Building Design and Construction exam prep course provides a solid background in green building principles and practices in preparation for the LEED AP Building Design and Construction credentialing exam. Information on exam policies and procedures, tips for effective studying, and an overview of the LEED credentialing process is also discussed. The LEED AP Building Design and Construction credential demonstrates basic knowledge for designing and constructing green buildings. Students will learn about sustainable sites and building materials, monitoring water and energy systems to ensure efficiency, and creating a comfortable and green indoor environment.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be prepared to sit for the U.S. Green Building Council LEED AP Homes Certification exam to become a LEED AP Building Design and Construction Accredited Professional (LEED BD+C).
