Since textbook(s) are required for this course, students must realize that there needs to be a proper amount of time to allow for the textbook(s) to be shipped to them.  ProTrain does not guarantee that a student’s textbook(s) will arrive by the time a course is scheduled to begin (Normal shipping time can take up to 10 to 15 business days). There are some courses that require a book version, please speak with your Training Assessment Manager to confirm if you need to choose a specific version for this course.

Students are highly encouraged to enroll in a course as early as possible to preclude a textbook delay, causing a possible request for an extension later on.

This course also has a Student Orientation Online Course to help you learn to navigate throughout your online course. The course is called Start Learning Online Right. Now.  Upon registration, we encourage you to take the Start Learning Online Right. Now. orientation when beginning your course to help you better understand the online course and how it is laid out.  Students who do this orientation always do better throughout the entire process.
